Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. You confirm that all funds deposited into your vip9 account are from legitimate sources and belong to you.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to account verification and wagering requirement completion where applicable. vip9 aims to process withdrawals within 2-6 hours during business hours (Western Indonesia Time), though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume. Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily/weekly limits apply and are stated in your account dashboard.

In the event of a disconnection or technical error during gameplay, vip9 will make reasonable efforts to restore your session. You may close your vip9 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all available funds (subject to wagering requirement completion). Once closed, your account cannot be reopened, and a new registration will be required if you wish to use vip9 services again in the future.

Upon termination, you will forfeit any active bonuses and unredeemed loyalty points. Your account balance (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you via your original deposit method, subject to verification.
